How do I change my email address?+
You cannot change the email address linked to your MaxFashion account. To use a new email, create a new account. To transfer Landmark Rewards, first unlink your rewards account via customer support, then link it to your new account from the My Account section.
What if I'm not at home when my order arrives? +
Once your order is dispatched, the delivery partner will attempt delivery to your address. If you’re unavailable, they will contact you again to arrange a suitable delivery time.
When will I receive my order?+
Depending upon your address, the delivery time may vary. On each product's display page, you can enter your location's pin code to check when you can expect to receive the delivery.
I just returned my products online. When will I receive my refund?+
After we check your returns, we'll approve your refund accordingly. If you’ve paid by Wallet, UPI, Card, Net-banking, your bank may take 2-7 additional business days to process the transaction. If you've paid by cash, you have two choices: You can opt for an instant refund to My Credit in your account. You’ll receive refund within 48 hours in your My Credit account. To get a refund in your bank account, you need to fill in your bank details after selecting bank account as a mode of refund while placing the return request on the app/website. Your refund will be initiated in 48 hours and it will be processed within 2-3 days as per banking norms. If you've paid for your order by Landmark Rewards, you'll receive the amount in My Credit refund. If you've opted to pay by Wallets, your refund will be credited back to your wallet.

We understand that you may occasionally wish to return or exchange your purchases. We'll be happy to help you with the process. We do not accept: • Lingerie, undergarments, swimwear, and socks. • Fragrances, toiletries, cosmetics, beauty, and skincare products. • Watches, sunglasses, fashion jewellery and handbags. Please return or exchange your items in their original packaging within 10 days of delivery. (*7 days of return window for items marked as winter & bottom wear).
